Having spent several years within the management of the hospitality industry, I decided to take a change of direction and wanted to develop office, PA and administration skills further. After a spell as an office administrator in various corporate industries, I then moved to working as a PA, in similar environments, with a move to working as PA to the SMT and Chief Executive of a national charity. A chance conversation after taking a career break made me realise that these skills could be put to good use by others, especially new start up businesses, SMEs, private and business individuals, charities and students alike. That was back in 2004 and I haven't looked back since.

The fact that no two days are the same is part of the appeal and my passion to ensure that all my clients are happy means that you can be sure you are leaving the ‘behind the scenes’ work to me in total confidence.  Clients include production companies, a major high street retailer, law firm, mediation company, professional individuals, universities and students like, businesses and charities. 

As lifestyle management, a relatively new idea, is beginning to take hold here in the UK, it seemed a natural extension of the services I already offer and indeed, had already been offering without really realising it!  The constant juggling of personal and business pressures often eats in to valuable time and a call to me can make all the difference!

Established in 2004. Pass provides an extensive range of services, on an adhoc basis or as a retained service, designed to make your life easier. By offering such a service it allows you to free up valuable time to use your skills where they are needed.

Pass is owned and managed by Clare Barton who has many years of experience within administration and hospitality management as well as being the PA to a senior management team and Chief Executive of a national charity. “My background has equipped me with both the ability and skills to manage a wide range of projects on your behalf.”
